Bring your baby to work day...every day
Article on CNN about a controversial perk. Read it here. I think that they were able to pull this off because they were a small company. It's hard imagining a large company being able to do the same. It's a concept that I hope will catch on though, being away from the kids can be difficult. It feels like they grow up so quickly while I'm working, and I don't want to miss eveything.

As a non-parent by choice, I definitely would not have to want to work among crying or talking children (a coworker occasionally brings her child in and his constant chatter is distracting)...but I think I could learn to tolerate it IF I could bring my dog to work. :)
er, "want to have," not "have to want."
Oh, and a dog is not MORE distracting. So sad for you...
